New evidence on lipid and neural requirements says that marine and lacustrine foods from the beginning of time played a critical role in the supply of brain and vascular specific nutients. For 99.8% of our time we were eating wild foods largely exploiting the extremety rich lacutrine and coastal resources and making use of the best of both worlds of surf and turf.
